Dispatch, Delivery and Order Agreement Information

If you have purchased a physical item from our website, we will do our best to ship the item within 48 hours but during peak holiday and busy periods, processing time may take up to 7 days.

Shipping is via Australia Post, unless otherwise requested. Please ensure someone is available to accept your package or leave unattended arrangements have been made with your postal carrier.  Australia Post may require someone to sign for your delivery at your local Australia Post outlet if no one is home.  Your purchase is being shipped from a rural post office in Far North Queensland, which adds 2-3 days to standard Australia Post delivery times.

For all orders outside of Australia, air mail arrangements will be made using Australia Post’s international freight service, this is to ensure customers of a prompt cost effective delivery.

Payment Options and Security of Your Details

Eternal endemism is Australia-based.  All prices are in Australian dollars and are applicable to Australian GST.  No credit card numbers or authorisation codes are stored in our system at any point. Your credit card details are passed onto the Paypal e-commerce gateway for payment processing.

There is no credit card or Paypal surcharge to make purchases with eternal endemism unless otherwise stated.  Please be sure to provide your full name, exact billing address, email address and telephone numbers as any incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Purchases will be listed on your card statement under the reference ‘Craig Peter Ward trading as eternal endemism’.

Our currency of choice by default is the Australian dollar ($AUD). Payments made in any currency other than $AUD are subject to the ecommerce currency conversions at the relevant exchange rate applying on the date of processing your payment and are not determined by eternal endemism.

Bank cheque, Direct deposit or Australia Post money order option can also be catered for by us at eternal endemism for customers who prefer not to pay via credit card. These payment methods require you to email us with your full name, delivery address, contact phone number and specific item requested. Complete costing including postage will be emailed, valid for 30 days, in response, and on clearance of payment goods will be dispatched with a processed invoice.

Warranty and Returns Policy

Please choose your products carefully, as we do not refund processed shipped orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order or some items within the order cannot be shipped within 7 business days, we will notify you immediately by email as to whether the goods you require are to be backordered or whether you wish a credit refund.

Returns are only available for orders that are genuinely defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error.  Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by phone or text us on 0455 108 115 or email us at orders@eternalendemism.com within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. Eternal endemism will resupply your order promptly or any part thereof freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are in error by fault of eternal endemism or obviously defective from manufacture. To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details: your full name and address, product details, invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. Property and Risk Policy

All goods ordered, paid for in full and shipped from our premises become the property of the customer and all risk of lost or damage in delivery is transferred to the customer.  Orders are securely packed to prevent minimal damage to goods during shipping and are handled with the utmost care at our dispatch, however our responsibility for any damage to goods or loss of goods during delivery ends when an order has left our premises.  Australia Post Extra Cover insurance is only available within Australia and only with Registered Post delivery. For overseas deliveries, Australia Post will only pay insurance claims for missing or damaged contents if the overseas postal administration can confirm the loss or damage by inspection.  This option is available to the customer at an additional cost.
